Individual - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Individual

Household - $50.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This is the household level membership. All household membership levels allow you to enroll (bundle) an unlimited number of household members under one membership.

Advocate - $100.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This is an individual or household membership, plus an additional donation to help fund FLCP's work. All household membership levels allow you to enroll (bundle) an unlimited number of household members under one membership.

Ambassador - $250.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This is an individual or household membership plus an additional donation to help fund the work of FLCP. All household membership levels allow you to enroll (bundle) an unlimited number of household members under one membership.

Champion - $500.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This is an individual or household membership, plus an additional donation to help fund FLCP's work. All household membership levels allow you to enroll (bundle) an unlimited number of household members under one membership.

Champion Lifetime - $1,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: Unlimited This is a non-business lifetime membership for up to two individuals.

Business Supporter - $250.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This membership is for a business. As a business member, your business name and logo will be visible on the FLCP website, in eNewsletters, and mentioned periodically on the FLCP Facebook page.

Business Leader - $500.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This membership is for a business. As a business member, your business name and logo will be visible on the FLCP website, in eNewsletters, and mentioned periodically on the FLCP Facebook page.
